In black and white, as an American classical movie, this is the way this impressive barcelonian flat opens before our eyes, in which also the shades of grey play an important role.

With a surface of near five hundred meters and one swimming pool in the roof, this place becomes an enviable familiar refuge and an authentic whim for its owners, who did not hesitate to turn to Cuca Arraut’s studio when planning to do the reform.

In this case, the decorator chose to follow "a noticeable current tendency" both in the use of the materials and in the tonalities.

The aged oak for the ground, the steel grey fabric for the walls or the use of Leds make it possible for the house to show an elegant, sumptuous, cosy and distinguished image.
