Life overlooking the Ocean

The Zeilder House is not just a home in front the Ocean with marvelous views over the cliffs. This residence is a perfect challenge to Ehrlich Architects because it merges an architecture in contact with Nature with a modern interior design.

Built for a retired couple with grown children, this residence has been designed primarily for the enjoyment of their owners, who also receive friends and family throughout the year, so the architects included a separate guest house with three independent bedrooms with enviable panoramic view to the Pacific.

The house is structured on different floors and guests area is separate from the main building, connected through a courtyard, perfect to offer more privacy. In addition, “the front yard incorporates a petanque court, a favorite pastime of the client”.

With this wonderful project, Ehrlich Architects has merged the beauty of Pacific Ocean and Nature´s landscape with a minimalist and comfortable design. A privilege only for a few.
