Persian carpets, excellent furniture covered with patina which gives it an antique look, works of art and plenty of magnificence. This is how we can describe this residence projected by H.Parkin Saunders. A wonderful house situated in Park Avenue, the heart of Manhattan.

The entrance to the house is warm and cosy. The tones of the upholstery and the paint, the beautiful work in the mouldings and the illumination project in the room offer a nice sensation of comfort.

In the dinning room, Parkin Saunders manages to evoke a majestic look that belongs to French palaces of ancient times thanks to the combination of elements, like the table, main object in the room, an 18th century set of chairs or the election of the fabric.

The most intimate and cosy place in the house is the living room. A beautiful 17th century Venetian mirror over the chimney is the dominant object in the room, for which Parking Saunders designed the most important pieces, like the velvet sofas or the golden chairs.

An apartment which reflects the New York designer’s philosophy and where luxury and refinement define each and every corner.
