This apartment, located in one of the best Buenos Aires residential neighborhood, is used by a north american couple as sporadic housing because they decided to invest in this country. The building has all the amenities of a luxury residence to make their stay in Argentina a real pleasure.

The work of Javier Echenique during the reform makes it possible to enjoy the 220 feet of the house, thanks to the skilful distribution of space made by the designer, respecting the intimacy and privacy of the rooms for express wish of customers, separating the bedroom and keeping the kitchen open to the living to make it a multiporpuse room.

Dark and browns pallet in furnitures and vintage-style pieces, as the bedroom night tables, which evoke the 50's, or the pink phone which remind us of the colorful 70's, obtain an special combination and give atmosphere with personality in the house.

In short, a charming apartment where the designer enhances the comfort and an exquisite interior with small details of the past and present materials.
