With Style and elegance Tweet
The unmistakable style of British designer Katharine Pooley is shown, once again, in this ambitious London project: A wonderful two-floor house ready to renovate.
The interior designer should create "a space to entertain and to live", but also plan a "blackcloth" house, where the owners could exhibit their collection of art. The result is a contemporary design masterpiece.
Luxurious but with no loudly decoration, comfortable and cosy at the same time, Pooley made use of her unique style and her great knowledge about colours and furniture to make sure that every room was in a perfect harmony with the family's works of art.
A black grasscloth wall behind one of the sofas makes our eyes realise the space, so the rest of the accessories in the room stand out. For the designer, these accessories are simple but elegant and give strength to every corner of the apartment.
And this is because Katharine Pooley knows how to identify customers to whom luxury, quality and style are not a commitment.
