Nicolas Haslam´s firm was chosen by a young foreing couple to create a sophisticated residence in the heart of London, the city where they moved with their two children and in which they wished to undertake new professional challenges.

Thanks to the job of Paolo Moschino, the residence was taking shape to get a warm, elegant and comfortable home. A house in which we see important collections of art, embellish each room with paintings, sculptures and antique furnitures.

In the refurbishment, Moschino created a new floor where now a beautiful indoor pool, steam room and sauna are the authentic protagonist. This is the perfect place to delight the family and guests throughout the year.

Structurally the house used to be two apartments which were combined into one to create a spacious town house to achieve large rooms where the couple and their children could meet along the day, ”as well as place to entertain” but, at the same time, maintain their privacy with many diferents rooms, as for example the livings, the splendid library, where the atmosphere is inviting to read and to work, or care and marvelous bedrooms, all distributed ”en suite bathroom".

An eclectic decoration complets the work of Moschino, getting a distinguished house with a special and great charm but, most importan:a really homey home.
