Designed by Shaver & Melahn Studio, this precious New-York loft situated in Tribeca is the urban refuge of an executive and his son.

A white oasis that is really enviable not only for its placement, but also for its marvelous views over the heart of Manhattan.

“In this project we tried to capture the characteristics or our serene and elegant style, but we also considered some Zen connotations because we wanted to give to the inhabitants a place where they could spend a moment of calm and serenity. At Shaver & Melahn we want to reflect in our designs the life-style of the client, moving away from the preconceptions”.
